THE FORGOTTEN PISTOLERO aka GUNMAN OF AVE MARIA (1969)

In FORGOTTEN PISTOLERO Leonard Mann plysa loner whose childhood friend (Peter Martell) finds him decades after a faithful servant has spirited him away during the assassination of his wealthy father and all of his fathers staff, leaving only his sister (Pilar Velasquez) and his duplicitous mother (Luciana Paluzzi). Together Mann & Martell fight the gang that has taken over Mann's father's estate and together they seek to avenge his father's killers in a neat revenge tale with a slam-bang ending.

Heavy on drama and a little light on action with one of the best & most memorable soundtracks in any SW, this flick kicks ass.

Another great under-the-radar gem from Ferdinando (BLINDMAN/TEXAS ADDIOS/VIVA DJANGO) Baldi.

Definitely worth a look and the latest SW to crack my top 20.
