The DVD has only been out for a week or 2. I watched it tonight- highly recommended to pinky violence fans

I watched this some time last week and it was great fun. What the hell is it with Teruo Ishii and Opium?

I didn't like it quite as much as Malformed Men or Blind Woman's Curse but it's well worth buying. I want to watch the sequel soon as it has Reiko Ike in.

Haven't seen the otehrs, but I checked this out. HAHAHA wow! I loved how they teased the audience with the girls holding their hands over there crotches. RRRR

Code of the Forgotten Eight is straight up the shit. In this one, we have a noble man amongst corruption and people with no ethical value whatsoever. The follow-up Saburai: Way of the Bohachi(I think that is the name - you won't find it on IMDB) is waaaay more hardcore. Our anti-hero(a returning Bohachi character) is very unforgiving - 'course he follows the code of the Bohachi! It isn't actually a sequel. Both of these are at the top of my most loved list.
