I voted for Curse as my favorite, though Must Be Destroyed is really close behind. I enjoy them all a huge deal really aside from Evil of Frankenstein (Horror doesn't really count).


If only the modern Hammer resurrected this franchise... though that said none of the talent would be there so what's the point.

Is there any kind of hammer frankenstein set or any good set where I can a bulk of hammer movies for a good price.

Unfortunately not. Don't really know what is up with Hammer releases. I think its due to the fact they had so many different distributors backs in the 50s-70s so the problems with rights have still stayed even in the DVD age.

Which sucks because a lot more people would take the plunge on these movies if there were a decent boxset out.

I am hoping that they will put out proper boxsets when they eventually put them out on Blu-ray. *crosses fingers*

Unfortunatly I don't think we'll ever see a boxset of either series.

There is this though... possibly one of the coolest boxsets ever assembled!

It's not fair that it isn't region 1!!!! *sniffles* I have all of the Hammer region 1 dvds except for the Quartermass films...which I am going to rectify soon by golly!

Hammer films have to be released on Blu-ray sooner or later....hopefully later because I am going to have to save up for a while before that happens.
